Sunrise Meditation

Center the mind and body for the day with a 60-minute meditation session from 8am-9am. Instructor Lauren will guide you through setting your “Sankalpa” or intention for the day, two types of breathwork, and will be providing a soothing soundbath to start your day off on the right foot. This class is exclusively for AYRE members, RSVP through Mindbody or by emailing copperbuilding@eliteamenity.com
